I will not be suprised one bit if the phase one window gets extended. They’ve shown a bit of leeway in the past when they’ve cocked up season tickets (£20 club vouchers this year for example)

I willl also be unsurprised if an extension of the phase one deadline is met with negativity by aspects of our fanbase

This is a given. Aspects of our fan base react to wins with mass negativity regularly.

Last season there was an interest free/admin fee free period. This then went to a flat £28 once that expired.

This time its a 6.8% admin fee.

Does anyone know if we are keeping the cards from last season or whether we need to get new ones?

Also, anyone know if you have to get a new card if you change category (i.e. from U21 to Adult)

PS I've emailed the club, but thought I might get an answer quicker on here

As it happens the club beat the TEF in responding.

And Yes, they are issuing new cards. They are being printed at the moment, so will hopefully be available for collection fairly soon

See season tickets are ready for collection. On the official site it says "There are many benefits to purchasing a 2018/19 Season Ticket, including 50% off Domino's, 50% off full price Adult cinema tickets at Empire Cinema Greenbridge"

This is a new one or has this been in operation before? Anymore info on these two offers anywhere?

Had mine posted, they have arrived already.

Club get a lot of grief, but they were really helpful with the queries I had.

PS  There's no truth in the rumour they were so desperate to sell them that they delivered them up here by hand Smiley

In Swindon today so called in to collect our tickets.  One name spelt wrong, apparently our fault as they would only input what the info was.  Asked them to check it out, came back and said yes there is an error but we will change it on our system but you cannot have a new card!
