Around £1.6m

As for Williams reportedly on over £4K per week laughable.
How much is he on then? Is his contract still based on our embargo restrictions? I imagine there may be bonuses for goals, assists, appearances etc.

I guess if you take off the loan players wages (if their parent club paid in full) and half those that left in January, you get down around the £1.6m mark.

I have no great love for the Club or the town but... Luton going from National League to being one game away from the Prem in 10 years is phenomenal whilst still playing in their crap hole of a ground and without the backing of Hollywood A listers. I'm guessing someone in the background is putting decent money in but even so...

was a really good game last night too.

Luton were so high energy closing down and getting a tackle in. Probably couldn't do that all season but perfect fit the occasion

I think there is a guy called Gary, but I don't know if he's putting any 'Sweet Sweet' money in Smiley

I watched most of the second half and was really impressed with the hard work, tenacity and desire of Luton. Sunderland probably had the better technical players but Luton defended manfully and the Luton keeper barely actually had anything to do from what I saw. Luton's set piece player Doughty was whipping in absolute bombs from corners, oh to have someone that could deliver a ball into the box like him! I do think Elijah Adebayo may find the step up to the Premier League too big and will probably find himself in the Championship again. He had one glorious chance where he was put through but looked plodding and the defender got back quite easily in the end.

Looking at teams like Luton, Brighton and Brentford, teams we've historically been on a par with just shows what a bit of organisation can achieve. They are punching well above their weight and fans of Luton in particular, 10 years ago a non-league side and now 90 minutes away from the premier league, must be pinching themselves.

Forgot to say, everytime I see David Pleat I always think back to the Raddy Antic days and him dancing across the pitch like a mad man. He was also the summariser when we beat Leicester in the play-off final to go up to the Premier league. #wanderdownmemorylane

This could have gone in right or wrong threads, but the bit about Arsenal and also spreadsheets were pretty much on the ball.

Apologies, if any mods know how to make it appear smaller feel free!

Just saw this goal live at the end of the strangest game of football I've ever seen.

Still not forgiven for Les Sealey and the Simod Cup!
