Swimming and walking.
get a pedometer and make sure you walk at least 10,000 paces a day - more if you can - easy if you walk the dog a bit extra.
After that, the dull bit is working out a calorie controlled diet and sticking to it.

I cant do Speed anymore,you get to an age where the next day pain out weighs the fun.That happened about 10 years ago and Cokes a bit meh isnt it.Never done Meth,I'll give it a try.

I cant run very far ,I did start doing Couch to 5k a while back but my Shins really hurt.
what about in a Gym?
Is Cardio better thean weights for weight loss in a fatty?

I need to lose about half a stone to get my BMI back under 25. That should be easy once I am working 5 days a week again, as I won't be in the house snacking so much.
