On the LS podcast they were saying that because of the EFL loan of 600k we are due to pay back, it means that we can't sign any players on a fee. I assume that we are still able to sign out of contract players freely? (which we were most likely to do anyway) Are there any restrictions on us there at all?

To be clear, we don't know exactly what the restrictions are, but it's a safe guess to assume not signing players for cash when we owe the EFL 600k is one of them. |
