No, that was Arnie... (That's good news for the run in.)

He has to be on loan for 28 days before he can be recalled

I went to Braintree v Chippenham last week and Minturn looked bloody good. Big difference between National South and L2 of course. Ben Chorley was also there though and evidently agrees with me. Interesting move...

I was impressed with Minturn in the pizza cup earlier this season. Again, difficult to tell in these kind of matches but it's great to see 'one of our own' potentially looking to come through the ranks.

When the season is pretty much done (which I think may be sooner than we’d like) it would be good to play a few of these youngsters to see where they are before next season.

That's one of the few advantages of when the season Peters out you can give the yoof a chance. It would be good for sure if we can give Minturn, Dabre and Cowmeadow et al a couple of games to see just what we can expect from them. When you see the calibre of player that Exeter produce (Jay and Collins are home grown and were excellent on Tuesday) it really leaves you feeling green with envy that we are unable to produce anything like that - consciously aware that the catchment area of Swindon v Exeter is a drawback.

Tbf, we have produced a few decent youngsters - Twine and Bogle recently. The problem is, we were always eager to sell them at the first sniff of talent.

Add players we've sold too - Ifil being one and another lad went to Chelsea I think?
