Have to say I nearly deleted it when I realised episode length was greater than my attention span at that time of night. Glad I didn't, its not yet perfect but its pretty damn good.

Never watch The West Wing.

1 is good, 2 and 3 are OK, 4 is brilliant.  I get the feeling from watching 1 episode of the final season that it's gonna be epic.

I've just started watching Breaking Bad too. I'm on series 2 and I think it may try my patience a little bit, but I really enjoyed the first series.

Details please. What channel, time etc. TY.

It's on a Sunday night in the states, I've not seen it trailered on TV here yet though, there are about 6 or 7 episodes so far.

Me neither, and hence why I asked, thinking if I'd missed just the first episode, I could catch up pdq. I'll keep a look out for it. TY.

Huh? Thought they cancelled Alcatraz?

Yeah it just seems to be a repeat of the first series, although I am absolutely certain the advert said new series.

It would be if you hadn't seen it originally.

Just finished watching the first series of Grimm. It's your usual procedural crime drama, except with great characters and fairy tale creatures masquerading as normal people. Second season starts in August too.

I just couldn't get into it, watched about 5 episodes of it, then gave up.

I watched some of New Amsterdam the other day. It's about 4 years old and was swiftly cancelled but when I read the plot summary I had to give it a go. I was hoping for 'so bad it's good' but it was just bad.

It's about a colonial solider who saves the life of a native and to show her gratitude she makes him immortal. He is now a 400 year old recovering alcoholic and NYPD detective...!

I saw this about the same time I watched the American version of Life on Mars. Nearly killed me.
