Simple - Just get 'Spain' tattooed below it.

Height of stupidity getting it done in the first place though.

P.S. Imho having a tattoo is the height of stupidity on its own, but I'm trying to be more tolerant of people with different opinions to me. :-)

Found out today my holiday allocation is four days short. So instead of one day after our October soiree to Cyprus, I now have five which means I could take another week somewhere late Nov or early Dec.

Starting a new job after a few months (7) on the scrap heap.  The COO is a Walsall fan, originally from there, so we have pain and anguish in common.  Two days a week I will be working in a lovely City called Chattanooga, which has a twinning arrangement with.....Swindon!  There is an Oak Tree dedicated to Swindon in a local park, with both Town's having links to the railways in their past.

I remembered reading about that somewhere. Did you post it before.

I assume it's the same town that Glenn Miller's Choo Choo was about.

Congratulations and best of luck, and try not to marry your cousin, what with it being Tennessee

The initial impetus for twinning seems to have come from Andy Lane, the boss of Swindon firm Darackmotorsport.

He told us at the time: “I was in Chattanooga last year and realised the similarities with Swindon.”

Well done. Leaves a hole in your life not having a job.

Ah well, that’s us fucked then.

Can't really disagree with his opinion tbh from an outside view based on last seasons form.  We've made a few decent signings but we still show signs of a team that hasn't clicked.

Hopefully we will see a couple of more new faces and prove his prediction wrong

I love being retired. I’m in the garden, pottering about, listening to Pete Green’s Fleetwood Mac - not that insipid shite they morphed into.

Sure, there’s some shit going on in the background - but, fuck, some days it’s just good to appreciate being alive!

The Chinese synchronised diving pair this morning, whose names are displayed repeatedly as Long/Wang. Immature, but I'd be lying if I said it hadn't brightened my morning.
