DL tried it on with my Mrs. Until I intervened. She was adamant that they were the cheapest (without doing any checking of course), i on the other hand begged to differ. Just under £200 difference. |

Currently with the AA insurance, renewal just came through with a 44% increase to £375. Certainly looking elswhere although SAGA, supposedly being for old farts like me, quoted £650!

That’s a really good excess to be fair I think mine is £150 with no 0 voluntary. Home insurance is a right con as had to make a claim a year ago and they put it up £350 on renewal but when you look elsewhere you have to start from scratch so 20 years without claiming means nothing so hard to get anything much cheaper. |
