Settled down with a pint in The Dog & Duck in Soho & the 2 guys next to me are discussing Harrison Minturn & where Swindon are going wrong tactically.
We are everywhere.

Anyone done Dry January? Do you intend to start again? I’ve had a fairly damp January - just a few Guinnesses here and there. Not sure if I could cut it out altogether.

I now drink in moderation, enjoy a few beers down the local once or twice a week or some wine with our Sunday roast etc. Cutting down on the drink has been a great way of shedding those excess Christmas belly pounds.
