Settled down with a pint in The Dog & Duck in Soho & the 2 guys next to me are discussing Harrison Minturn & where Swindon are going wrong tactically.

We are everywhere.

The Proceeds Of Crime Act.

Pay the money you made by being a crim or spend longer in jail (and still owe the money when you get out).

They could have put a positive spin on it, "Swindon Woman Has Lucky Escape After Nearly Poisoning Grandkids".

Anyone done Dry January? Do you intend to start again? I’ve had a fairly damp January - just a few Guinnesses here and there. Not sure if I could cut it out altogether.

I now drink in moderation, enjoy a few beers down the local once or twice a week or some wine with our Sunday roast etc.

Cutting down on the drink has been a great way of shedding those excess Christmas belly pounds.
