Not sure if this goes in this thread or the other. Daughter dislocated her arm, spent three hours in a and e for her to pop it back herself without being seen by the doctor.
Lucky in a way, else we’d likely be there ‘till midnight. By the end though, with my daughter running around the waiting room causing havoc while all the other kids looked to be on deaths door, it would have looked to a casual observer as if my wife and I had just taken her there for a day out.

NHS is fucked, my brother in law was rushed into A&E last week, what followed was 10 hours in A and E, 12 hours on a trolley (morphined off his tits) in a store room (actually it said ' contaminated waste disposal room' on the door!) and a further 24 hours in hospital. |
