She seems very fond of herself. Comes across as very pompous.
To be honest, restaurant critic to the Swindon Advertiser is hardly the most prestigious role, if its any thing like their football reporting we should be impressed she even got the name of the restaurant right... Anyway she was only 15 minutes late to the car park.....

Writer comes across as a pompous patronising prick and if his interactions with the staff were likewise presented its hardly surprising he felt the need to complain. Never really sure why people moan about Ryanair, everytime I have used them they have got me from A to B with little fuss and very cheap, as far as I am concerned you gets what you pays for... if you want bells and whistles pay more and go with another airline.

at least you can't complain at their cs based on the price of Ryanair, just the incompetence.
British airways customer service on the other hand were absolute wank.

My mistake! They've only got 4 premises and are independent. Though I stand by the sentiment. You may as well be in Ask, it has no personal touch and is a big place, food is average-good. My favourite Italians are smaller where you get the personality of the owner shining through. This place used to be my favourite for that, but it seems they have new owners http://www.lapiazzatwo.co.uk/Before someone says "get a room" I think it's my mistake judging by yours and others' posts!

Oh, must be just me. I thought the style was quite funny.

With a hungover friend too. I don't know about anyone else but my hangover food used to be a Big Mac and some flat diet coke. I can't imagine my view on Italian restaurant food being very noteworthy when that's the standard..

For years, pre-booze, I used to go out and buy all the ingredients for a spag bol then make a beaut the morning after. I used to swear by it. Now I just force myself to eat muesli or toast. At least until a curry house opens anyway.

I can't do anything with a hangover. It's a bit like man flu for me, if I can get away with it iI'd rather just sleep until I feel better, otherwise I'll just moan incessantly. The thought of actually cooking a decent meal sounds rather heroic !

I think I'd happily punch anyone in the face who wore that, tbh.
Sorry Reg.
