That can (without wishing to be hyperbolic) cause death.

Not particularly hyperbolic, see Jobs, Steve

I decided to roll the dice last night and formatted my Mac and left it migrating/upgrading to OSX El Capitan. I awoke to find all seems well and so far it seems to have removed the annoying niggly bugs that appeared as part of OSX Yosemite.

How arrogant is that critic, seriously!

I've never tried the restaurant in question, but if you're late, you're late.

She seems very fond of herself. Comes across as very pompous.

I've never tried the restaurant in question,

Average chain Italian, reasonable but nothing compared to a local family run establishment.

There you go.

Abominable company.

Is it your wording, or my mistake? I've always understood that Bottelino's IS a local family run establishment and not a chain.

My mistake! They've only got 4 premises and are independent.

Though I stand by the sentiment. You may as well be in Ask, it has no personal touch and is a big place, food is average-good.

My favourite Italians are smaller where you get the personality of the owner shining through. This place used to be my favourite for that, but it seems they have new owners Sad

It's a smallish, local chain - they have one in Bristol for certain.

Perhaps you were thinking of Fratellos, which for my money is a much better Italian.

Doesn't excuse the writer being an arse because they were late though.

According to their website, there are 4 restaurants, so is a chain.
I've been there a few times, never been very impressed, as Batch says, it's average.

With a hungover friend too. I don't know about anyone else but my hangover food used to be a Big Mac and some flat diet coke. I can't imagine my view on Italian restaurant food being very noteworthy when that's the standard..

Fratellos and Da Vinci for me beat Bottelinos, though we had a poor pizza in Da Vinci last time (burnt), hopefully a one off.
