Today I pulled a muscle near my hip when I turned around to pick up a towel off the bed to put into my sports bag so I could go running at lunchtime.
I have also pulled a muscle changing radio station in my car.

With you on this. I always tweak my shoulder or neck when reaching round to grab my seat belt. There is also the "trying to reach for something when you should get some steps but can't be arsed" injury which I seem to be prone to. |
