The fact this has been stuck in my head all day. Honestly, I don't know where it came from, but it's a most welcome guest.

Driving home from work when a low flying Army chopper passed right over me. Nearly ended up in a ditch. Despite that, it's still an awesome sight.

Open this in one tab and zoom in so it fills screen:

Open this in another:

Stare at centre for 30 seconds.

Switch back to first tab.

(probably a less convoluted way of doing this but fuck it).

You don't even need the sea scene, it just made Antiques Road Trip go all wobbly...

Saw one for the first time at Eastbourne air last August, and jesus do I love it. Mesmerising is the word. The speeds they can sit and virtually hang in the air are ridiculous.

Superb, and I'm so happy I put my little bit of money into the fund to get it back in the air.

I find it surprising that no really rich people have thought of buying it. It must be one of the best toys anybody could have, ever.

Apparently 2013 is the last year that the Vulcan will fly. They have run out of serviceable engines. They did have a spare set but one of the current engines was destroyed by a grease monkey leaving a wrench in one of the intakes, so they have had to use the spare engines meaning that there aren't any more!!
