Going into work when I'm clearly still ill, thus infecting everyone else. If I have to suffer, so do they

Non trivial: Axel Rudakubana, 18, will be jailed for a minimum of 52 years, the judge says.

Much more trivially, the presiding judge was delightfully a "Mr Justice Goose"

I'm absolutely troubled that an 18 year old can be so utterly evil and I've no doubt he isn't going to last long in prison.

What is also troubling is that people on Twitter are losing their shit (quite rightly) but are going into very specific details, which the parents have SPECIFICALLY asked people not to. They have and are living through this nightmare and surely don't have to read about decapitations and amount of times the stabbings happened etc.

The specifics of what this animal did, helps nobody, in my opinion.

I was surprised at he wasn't given a whole life sentence but it seems those can only be given out to offenders 18 at the time of the offence.

I do think as he was something like a week from turning 18 an exception could be made in this case.

Although I would be surprised if he was ever paroled, even if he became a model prisoner.

Another one who hopefully won’t make it to the end of their sentence.

Just seen it. Hilarious. Can't believe the 6th (SIXTH) goal was allowed to stand though....
