Do the Capilano Suspension bridge but do the cable cars to Grouse Mountain just up the road too, all of this is North Vancouver over the Lions Gate Bridge. The cable cars go up into the mountains and you get great views over Vancouver, Stanley Park and the Pacific. There was a lumberjack show and some orphaned Grizzlies up there when I went. Stanley Park is a nice walk, but depends where you are staying. I was on Denman Street, so not far away. Granville Island has Granville market and there was loads of different foods there, fantastic stuff.
