Yup, 20 got whacked in total of 89 on site. 8 out of 26 in our department. Some had been there 8 years or so and vastly more experienced than me, so I can't really complain at the decision process.
No payoff this time though.
Now I'm kind of sick of telecomms and software development, but its near impossible to get a job in industry let alone doing something else.
Lots of people across the land in the same boat though, so won't wallow in self pity too much just yet.
