Jeez, been one if them days for dickhead drivers. I stop to let a bus come past some parked cars and the plum with a Sheffield United boot sticker drives around me. Then had to reverse because the bus is coming through. Thick twat.

While we're on the subject of poor driving, and the A350 up to J17, and trivial things I don't understand: often a lane gets shut during the day at the moment because of the roadworks and invariably a long queue will form from the 'lane closes in 800yds' sign. Why? The lane is closed in 800 yards, not now, use both lanes you morons!

I love nothing better than driving right to the front of the queue in the empty open lane and (politely) merging in, often much to the annoyance of people who've been queuing for over 10 minutes when it hasn't even impacted my journey time at all. Morons. All of them. 

Actually, the idiots that try and police this by either stopping in the open lane or rolling along at the glacial pace of the traffic sitting in the queue fuck me right off. There's a special place in hell reserved for them.

Invariably driving cars that are too big for them.

Used to car share in to work when the A419 Blunsdon bypass works were going on & one of the designated drivers used to do it all of the time.
Cringeworthy as a passenger at the time.

I get in nice and early. If people are in more of a rush or have a more interesting place to go then fair enough.
They are usually caught up with & passed further down the road anyway.

I don't mind queuing & will try & let people in, but poor clutch control in 1st or 2nd can be embarrassing.
Yeah, stick shift wanker & proud. 
People slowing up hoping for a gap isn't good either.
Ideally it's an even split & every car at the choke point would let one in to maintain a flow.
Trucks are a complication but the vast majority are polite & will indicate thanks.
