Question. Two lanes approaching a roundabout that has 3 exits. Exit 1 at roughly 9 o'clock Exit 2 at 11 o'clock Exit 3 at 2 o'clock
Which lane would you get in to take exit 3?

It’s the right lane, every time…. The Lackham roundabout near Chippenham drives me mad with similar.

8 out of 10 cars use the left hand lane, to go right. Pisses me right off. Useless drivers.

No markings, but right is correct. Most stay in the left Tis the first roundabout in Devizes from Swindon direction, by the fuel station.

not saying this is relevant here, but Mrs Batch and I frequently disagree on whether someone is straight over or right in certain circumstances
I think it's usually when the road angles at the last minute on approach.
she's usually correct to the letter of the roundabout sign .
In short I might be a left lane wanker!

Isn't the 'last' exit on a roundabout always the right hand lane?

That we are actually discussing this is a telling indictment on the general standard of driving in the UK....

https://www.highwaycodeuk.co.uk/roundabouts.htmlWhen taking an exit to the right or going full circle, unless signs or markings indicate otherwise signal right and approach in the right-hand lane

Unless the exit road has two lanes and then you can use the left hand lane or the one next to it. Get loads of these on the A43/45 down to Swindon. The thing that annoys me most is drivers wandering from lane to lane in roundabouts
