Are people, generally, much more stupid nowadays?

I don’t really mean doing stupid stuff but of low intelligence.

The customer comes first. Or, as practiced by STFC, the customer can come back when we’re fucking well open.

I beg to differ (sometimes).

Nothing worse than spending 10+ hours sweating your cojones off in a hot retail establishment dealing with the great unwashed and then have a customer (who is always right apparently) turning up 5 minutes before you close (or even as you close the gates) for a one hour chat and cogitation over a new chain for £30 or just a quick link for £4.99.

Sometimes we wish the customer would do one, but we are far to polite to say so.....

Your circumstances may differ of course Wink

Of course, I could be doing the wrong job.

I'm on the late shift today- we close at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday evenings from April till October.

With the current heat and shite with traffic jams outside, anyone turning up at 6:59 p.m. may be greeted with a "Fuck Off- we're closed!"

I see the UK, as part of the G20, has agreed to a digital currency and digital ID’s for us, it’s citizens.

Fucking slippery slope.
