Watched Body of Lies and Lakeview Terrace recently - both decent films. Lakeview Terrace is quite a slow paced film, but I found it engrossing enough to keep me interested.

Yeah I had noticed, I just wanted something a little easy to watch with a girl, especially after my cock up with watching Marley and Me on a date. She did well and managed not to cry though, but I'm told it was a close run thing. Anyway I'm sorted, we're going to watch Anchorman, even though I've seen it before at least I know what we're in store for. |

Watched Brokeback Mountain on channel 4 the other night (not my choice). It was alright, a love story really so not my cup of tea but livened up by the bum sex. Watched Lucky You on the way up to Delhi.

I love films on planes. Managed to get through 3 on one of the flights to Tanzania, before falling asleep. The highlight was something from around 1942 about aliens threatening to blow up earth if we didn't embrace a peaceful form of international relations - any ideas what it was called, Reg maybe? A no-brainer comedy always goes down well on flights too, I have wanted to see 'There Will Be Blood' for ages but couldn't be arsed with it when flying. And the planes where you can start watching any film at any time are awesome, its annoying if they have only two showings and you need a piss/nap. |

Jet Airways in India has a very good TV touch screen system where you can pause the film at your leisure. |
