I've watched two already today.
Started with Raiders of the Lost Ark. I'll get through Temple of Doom and Last Crusade before I get around to watching the new one. Haven't watched them for a few years and always good fun.
Then I thought it was a good idea to watch Salò o le 120 giornate di Sodoma. I now feel more than a little disturbed. I don't think I'll watch it again, it was pretty hard going, makes Cannibal Holocaust look like a picnic. It's got more about it as a film though, less just comic book violence for the sake of it and more of a psychologically damaging edge. I wouldn't recommend it if you're at all offended or disturbed by anything, ever.
I'm in a film watching mood, although I'm not sure what I'll watch next. Definitely something a bit more light hearted. Might get some jobs done first.

Ben - I am jealous as fuck that you have time to do all this film watching....
I sat and watched Educating Rita last week - just flicked it on for 5 minutes as it was on the beeb - then couldn't turn it off...
Michael Caine at his VERY best - and Julie Walters is bloody hilarious !!!

I've got a job interview next week, so I better enjoy it whilst I can. Just in case I accidentally get the thing. I've got a fair few films kicking about that I keep meaning to watch but never get around to it. I'm going to make the effort over the next few days. The big 3 I keep putting off are Metropolis, The Shawshank Redemption and Breathless. There's a few others but those are the ones which come to my head immediately.

I've been watching 'The Jungle Book' this morning, some friends came round with their youngsters so I found this in our old collection, it was great, me and the kids didn't take our eyes off the tele for the whole film. Might watch it again when they've gone home.

I always think it's a shame that Will Smith turned down the part of Neo in the martrix. If only because I want to here what he would have done for the sound track.
I can't think of anything better than a pop-rap hit based on that film. It would blow my mind.

Blade II is ok, but not as good as the original. Trinity is pretty good from what I remember of it, I'm going to watch it again tonight.
