I remember HRK being incredibly selfish that day and trying to score every time he went forward.
That and sometimes he didn't put the effort in were my main to gripes with him. If he can learn to release the ball at the right time and up his workrate to Ward proportions he could be a hell of a player!

It wouldn't surprise me if Wilson is looking at getting Danny Ward back again if he is not in Bolton's plans for the season, either on a perm deal or loan

Danny Ward has been saying all summer long he wants to challenge for a place in Boltons first team, Coyle said he wants to have a good look at him in pre-season and if that doesn't work out championship clubs are lining up to take him on loan so I think we have to let this one go, Ward was a possibility if we had gone up but as we stayed down its very unlikely.

That's Caddis in the background, and he was Man of the Match apparently....best player on the pitch. Probably not a good thing for us! Good to see Migz still playing!

Celtic have signed another midfielder now as well as Ledley so our chances of getting Caddis & Ferry are getting higher.

Well I'm jiggered......didn't realise the pic was THAT interesting.
I reckon some productive conversations were held in Philly last night.
Oh and I echo what others have said re HRK. An exciting player, direct, powerful, quick, scores goals, unlocks defences, finished 3rd top scorer in the short space of time he was with us (admittedly in a shit team) - the greed can be worked on very easily - if he hasn't already.

Ferry didn't feature even on the bench, but Cadiis played the whole 90 minutes.

We have seen enough of Ferry though not that much of Caddis i assume.
Where did you hear he watched the game?

I hope that Caddis will be thinking that he's getting to the age now where sitting on the bench at Celtic will harm his long term future. Celtic know what he's all about. He needs week in/week out football, can Lennon guarantee that? Look at Cuthbert and Ferry. However, surely there are other clubs interested?
I'll be very surprised if we didn't sign SF but Caddis could be a struggle.

I agree. A loan deal maybe, but a permanent deal? I don't think we can pull it off. Celtic seem to regard him as a player who can make it into their starting eleven.

Oh and HRK would be a great signing! The left wing position would be sorted for sure. May give O'Brien food for thought, also.
