Yep
Hal robson-kanu

Hope so. He'd look quality on the left wing with our current side. He looked pretty good in a shit STFC team. Would add goals from midfield as well.

Hal Robson-Kanu was a good player in a team that doesn't really compare to this one. I don't recall him being a particularly good crosser and also very selfish. Maybe it's just me, but I really don't think he'd fit in to this current team and would even look ordinary at best in my opinion.

I thought he was very good Barry would be a great signing. Also notice Wilson is making noises already saying Ball can play upfront and on both wings

I liked Robson-Kanu. I also think he could learn to be a bit less selfish, but some fans are calling for goals from midfield too - we can't have it all.

I will trust your opinions over my own DRS and Si Pie, because I often make shit up just to see if I can get a catch. Cheesy

In all fairness I really liked him, I just have these memories of him refusing passes and shooting from way out. I also don't remember him getting to the goal line and throwing over crosses, but cutting inside and trying to get on goal.

I do remember him chasing back though, which was something McNamee never did.

This is just my opinion and i am sure others will disagree but i genuinly think he was just as important in keeping us up that season as Greer.

I wouldn't read into it, I seem to like all the players other people don't or see something there. Conversly I rarely saw anything in Blair Sturrock to warrant him playing but others did.

I remember a game against Stockport I think when we were losing 2-0, they had 2 players sent off and we came back to win 4-2 (or something like that, the memory isn't what it was). Not only was that the best i remember Timlin ever playing, but I remember HRK being incredibly selfish that day and trying to score every time he went forward. He did score 2, but there were more chances to pass to another player in a better position. I guess you cant argue with the facts - he scored 2 and we won, but I do feel that against a decent well organised defence who stop him running at them he will struggle. And like others have said, does he really fit into this team which does seem to be more based around the team rather than individuals ?

He has the ability to run at defenders and take them on something Wardy did for us last year and something i think this current team lacks a little. I liked him when he was here, he did like to come inside and shoot but it was his direct style that impressed me. I think he would bring a good balance to our team imo.

That was against Scunthorpe.

I was hoping we had put a cheeky bid in for Brighton's best player. Then I remembered we only sold him to them earlier in the week.

I'd be well chuffed if we signed HRK. I'd also be pleased if we keep giving Yoann Arquin games.

Signing Caddis AND Darby seems perfectly logical to me, Darby could cover both full back positions, whilst Caddis would also provide cover for JPM, i've been told he has an awesome cross on him.

HRK and Mcgovern on opposite flanks would work. Kanu is very direct as others have said, where as JPM is all about the delivery. HRK is very similar to Ward, who rarely went outside the full back to cross.
