Blimey
That wasn't on there 15 minutes ago!
Naumoski looks set to join English League One side Swindon Town after they had a bid accepted; he scored one of his six goals for Macedonia against Scotland.
Would be nice to think that as he is Austria based he will join up with the squad this week

Probably all crap but he did look pretty useful and very much in the Paynter mould so you never know. Especially liked the clips of him skinning the England full back at Old Trafford and Rooney fouling him.... would be a signing of interest if it was true though.

Looks like he could certainly do a job at L1 level, probably even Championship level..stranger things have happened.

This is what I think...
Somebody has thought "Ooh, Swindon are touring Austria. Everybody will believe it if I say that some amazing striker from Austria is going to sign for them. Which players in the Austrian league look handy on FM? Ooh this Naumoski looks handy and nobody will have heard of him. I'll start a rumour based on that"
...or something.

Huh? £300k? Read it again... 17 Jul 2010 09:20:27 Macedonian striker Ilčo Naumoski to join Swindon Town very shortly. The English club have finally had a £75,000 bid accepted after his Austrian club failed to get any better offers.

If it is £75k even more reason not to believe this rumour as he is a Macednonian international that scored the winning goal against Scotland in the World Cup qualifiers.
Also i thought the experienced player Danny was chasing was actually from the English leagues this just doesn't add up.

It appears that Naumoski has been looking to come to UK for some years - was linked with Reading three years ago, and then with Hearts last year. One site has him valued at £650,000. But he seems to have an appalling disciplinary record, being currently suspended for 5 matches to the end of August.
