In all seriousness who is it that will negotiate any players leaving ?

I'm hearing the word... Anthony{IDon'tKnow}FuckHall. He'll be overseeing affairs. Apparently, his decision making strategy is based on the very small ''Lottery Ball'' technique. Numbers drawn out are the playing squad wearing members he will dispose of. Then in a second ballot, numbers drawn out will be the squad numbers of the incoming players, at their current club.

I’d heard they were looking to transfer fans, anyone caught wearing an orange hat will be transferred out to be replaced with rent a crowd (courtesy of our resident drug dealer)

I know times are tough, but I’m not sure we’re at the stage where we’d struggle to retain the kid with 2 starts and a loan stint at Weston-super-mare under his belt.

And I suspect it’ll be the same people (Standing/Kiely/Austin) negotiating any deals as they probably have been for the past 3 years.

He has shown ability - he hasn't looked out of place in L2 - he will be bought by a bigger team for his potential

I’m not suggesting that in the 200 or so minutes that we’ve seen of him, that he hasn’t looked a decent prospect. He has. I’m saying that it is premature to state with certainty that he will leave off the back of 200 mins of “not out of place” performances for a team in the bottom half of league two.

Teams like Peterborough buy on potential though don't think, which is the expectation/worry.

With how Peterborough are doing at the moment they might be more inclined to buy experience in this window

How many minutes (of not looking particularly good) did Ben Tozer have under his belt before Newcastle bid a million for him?

You’re missing the point. We might get bids (although I’d be surprised this soon). Tozer is a good example - but he was 2+ years younger than Kirkman is now. My point is that it’s rather pessimistic to suggest that he “*will* be bought by a bigger team”.

I completely concur with your point.

Just Ben Tozer sprung to mind & I genuinely wondered how much he played for us before he was sold for decent £££

2 games. 2+ years younger than Kirkman though. Had to check!

Jutkiewicz went for a similar amount after not that many appearances. Looked decent enough though.

Fucking hell did he? Felt like he came on about 12 times and was then sold.
