I think I read in one of Holloway's pressers that he was really unhappy that we had so many players in our squad. I'm sure he said 32, which seems loads. Obviously a competitive squad is needed, but we don't have 32 surely?
https://thetownend.com/index.php?topic=59328.msg1689579#msg168957926 first team pros at the club, plus five more out on loan. Then maybe he's including Ameen or McCormick.

25 including Uwakwe, Freckleton, Mcgurk and Brown. Bycroft, Sobowale, Delaney, Wright, Ofoborh, Cotterill, Clarke, Glatzel, Smith, Barden, Longelo, Cain, Kilkenny, Uwakwe*, Freckleton*, Tshimanga, Butterworth, Drinan, Hall, Cox, Minturn, McGregor, Kirkman, Brown, McGurk* Add to that Johnson*, Dworzak*, Hart*, Khan*, Evans* and Mitchell* It depends on how you define "squad" as several arent at the club currently as available squad members.

Three home wins in a row!
Three home wins in a row where we've scored 3 goals and been awarded penalties.

Thanks JJ & Nemo. The January rotating door could be interesting.

I assumed the trialist comment was if clubs would allow players to come and train before signing them - not likely surely and they cant be played in a behind closed doors...I cant see he would look at players without clubs since the summer would take to long to get them fit surely
At one point we had a chief Scout - Les someone I think - nothing is said about him so assume he is not employed by the club anymore
You would also assume Holloway is not up with the technology that is used these days to look at players, like Wyscout etc after being out of the game for years.
You also wonder what the deal is with those he has looking for players, surely it is not just a favour, will we be paying agent fee's or is there some other deal as surely the time and effort you would imagine being put in wont be for free

Time to ditch the orange hats at least. Seeing as some of are fans are incapable of getting why they're there in the first place.

Our run of decent form has kind of co-incided with the orange hats, so it beggers belief that people want them gone!

Because it means you're not getting behind the team.
Despite orange hat wearers typically being the most vocal getting behind the team and the spirit of 69 group clearly encouraging getting behind the team, of course.

Surprises me that Holloway never mentions him - does he know he exists ?

Whenever I see people explain this on social media when questioned, I always imagine whenever they see the reply just putting their fingers in their ears and shouting 'LA LA LA NOT READING' and blowing a raspberry like a small child. It's staggering the amount of people who can't separate the 2 entities. Do well on the pitch, yet change the ownership hierarchy is basically what's being asked.

I suspect he's just a troll to be honest. I have to say over the festive period certain posters on here did try the patience somewhat - and continue to.
