Jephcott won't be going back. Whether we want him or not.
Chances are we're paying 100% of his wages. Plymouth don't need him taking up their budget to not even make their matchday squad. he also can't play for anybody else this season.

I know its an unfair comparison but Charlie has shown way more in his 2 games than Jeff has in his time here. Unless we go 4-4-2 I can't see him and Austin playing in the same team. He might have to make do with replacing Charlie after 70 minutes or so, depending on how the game is going. |

Yeah, I mean his goal tally for Plymouth in league 2 showed he is no mug but he just doesn't suit the way we play. Maybe Jody might tweak and make something work? Time will tell. |
