Were the uncomfortable conversations not with players we were letting go/selling?
Nope, they definitely meant ones who wanted to leave (upwards/more money was the suggestion) but we wouldn’t sell. Williams and Hutton at a guess? |

Hutton maybe but my money's on Iandolo as the most unhappy. I think he thought he was nailed on for some of that lovely crypto dosh |

Towards the end of the video, he speaks about being here until the end of the season, i'm pretty sure he is contracted until 2024?

SdM at c36mins talks absolute tosh. Since he's been here Town have only received fees from clubs in the same division/same level and seemingly at the first time of asking, none above. There really is no need for him to get as much air time as he does. The Q&A was predominantly for Morris and yet SdM kept sticking his neck out every time a press member started their question. Might as well have just been sat their with his hand up in the air. Gonna start calling him "Mickey Luv" (League of Gentleman ref.). I wonder if he knows someone called Pauline and borrows her pens?  Morris spoke relatively well but when you've got Cosmo Smallpiece sat next to you then it was always going to make him look like a TEDx Speaker wasn't it? Interesting that the way Morris spoke, I feel that he will look to go to Clem first when asking for resource and bypass SdM totally (c41mins). Just a feeling, nonetheless.

We sold McKirdy to Hibs - which is definitely a step up the food chain. Charlton also paid us a fee for Garner & Marshall. SdM only answered the questions he was asked. Think we are starting to actively seek out any reason to have a dig at him now aren’t we? |

Makes sense. We are short of a back up keeper and Wards options are Sutton (who he just left) or us assuming the ‘two clubs in a season’ is firstly still in effect and secondly related to all first team games and not just league games. Selling a back up keeper for cash (probably pennies) to then resign him 6 months later on a free is good business. |
