How can a responsible landlord allow a tenant rack up12 months debt prior to a threat of court action. Surely this situation should have been highlighted much sooner They have caused even more difficulties by deferring this This situation could easily been given as evidence in court previously This situation is shit.
I am sorry to say that save for the last sentence, everything you have posted is incorrect.

There's a restrictive covenant.

There's a restrictive covenant.
I don't know the specifics but, just speaking generally, restrictive covenants can potentially be released by agreement or via certain statutory provisions.

There's a restrictive covenant.
I’m sure somehow it can be bought. Aldi, Lidl, 7 coffee shops, McDonalds and a Subway Just what Swindon is crying out for.

Power don't give two fucks that footballers and staff live month to month and have mortgages to pay
especially when the club is probably paying for his UK digs, the fat cunt

Wonderful trolling from the club that in exchange for Sweeney not saying anything public about the shit show he has encountered, that they write a statement (as players never actually write these things, the clubs do) thanking Power.
I'm not too worried about this. Sweeney not coming is fine - Whether the reasons stated are valid or not. He was signed by what will hopefully soon be a former regime. I understand that we have to have an experienced RB to have any level of success ( ) but I think the next regime may well be able to find one. I'm hoping the keeper will stay, as he seemed to want to work with Mildy. But, if he is buddies with Gilmartin and the old regime, and doesn't want to come, then so be it.

The big difference between Jojo and Pierce is that the latter players contract wasn't finalised thus making it easier for Sweeney to walk away. He would have had to have signed trialist forms in order to train/play for insurance purposes.
That combined with the possibility that Sweeney was a McGreal signing might have also been one red flag too many.

I read that Walsall and Leyton Orient were interested in him also.
