He'll rock up somewhere else. Unless he's banned.

I fear the same. The EFL needs to do more to stop him from doing to same to some other poor buggers in the future.

Wonderful trolling from the club that in exchange for Sweeney not saying anything public about the shit show he has encountered, that they write a statement (as players never actually write these things, the clubs do) thanking Power.

At what stage can the unpaid staff just sack it off and refuse to roll up for work?

No idea.

But you'd hope that Clem might be in touch (directly or indirectly) giving reassertions, which might make them feel more comfortable about staying on for a bit.

Not sure what Clem can give, the ball is not really in his court apparently, we keep hearing things are close to being sorted but for many not being paid for even a couple of weeks is going to have fundamental effects.

Yes

Not a chance will they evict whilst there is an apparent transfer of shares ongoing.

If Power stays then Yes

Who's to say that the contract was even signed/registered by the club. Nothing would surprise me. If Woolacott leaves as well, the personal reasons excuse will simply be that, an excuse.

No longer, hence the current claim.

There are currently restrictions on forfeiture for non payment of rent, the use of CRAR and statutory demands/winding up petitions. Court proceedings currently represent the only real option for landlords of commercial premises.

Don't know much about that but I would say that the recent report on the DJ troll case suggests that one should be careful online.  Similarly, our admins should be mindful of any issues that may arise in relation to personal data etc

How can a responsible landlord allow a tenant rack up12 months debt prior to a threat of court action.
Surely this situation should have been highlighted much sooner
They have caused even more difficulties by deferring this
This situation could easily been given as evidence in court previously
This situation is shit.
