what I'm getting at is is that the negotiation with Wills and MD finished with?
My Lord I hope so!!! Afraid not If the condition about the club not being owed anymore monies proves false or is broken, then the contract is null and void and we are back to square one (either he pulls out or sits down with them again) Sorry but that is what conditional contracts are all about but surely the HMRC will be aware of this takeover now so it'll be harder for wills/diamond mike to move the goalposts now. |

the most important thing is that by putting pen to paper on a deal, wills and diamandis effectively can't fuck anything up further.

I'm just relieved I don't have to spend another day tomorrow constantly checking the internet for news; i better do some work before the hols kick in!
I'm reasonably confident all will be ok now; going to enjoy xmas and New Year and roll on January 11th/12th.
