no surprises there, although I thought Hopper might have been given a year.
Also, Wells played well in the right wing against Mansfield away in his only 10 minutes of the season, surprised he didnt get another look it.
Holgate to go to?

Is that reliable, if so i'm sad to see Stewert go thought he could have a future here.

Ashan Holgate - couldn't hold down a regular place at Macclesfield - he disappeared after a poor first-half performance against Rochdale which saw Macclesfield concede 3 and Holgate get booked.
Other I'm not suprised about.
Jon Stewart is a decent youngster but the days of 3 pro-keepers is dead - especially as Sturrock sometimes doesn't even select a sub keeper.
The others are not suprising.

I hope Kevin James gets released. He's not even our player - but Forest will undoubtably release him!

Not that I'm discrediting SwindonTownFC or his sources or owt but to be honest all the released names mentioned are those who'd most of us would guess anyway.

all i know so far Fair play mate Sad about Weston, but he was Wise's and didnt fit the Sturrock formula. Apart from that no surprises really. I feel for the young lads, shit time for them at such a good moment for the club. Best of luck fella's, where ever you end up !

all true Fred but you cant be nice in football. Id like to see one or two more leave as dont think they have the attitude or desire for league 1.
I can see wells at supermarine next year.
Heard tonight we are in for a Franchise striker
