If we sign an MK player I might cry. Their strikers are all cheating bastards and I hate them! The rest of the team isn't too great either

Hope they stay down to rub Seano's nose in it

Agreed.
That said, if one of them came here and scored 20 goals next season, I'm sure we'd warm to him!

Its the best thing about post/pre-season! Its all that keeps me going through the long, footballess summer months.

Glad brown and shakes have gone, didn't think stewart and wells would be released though   .

I think sturrock, pook, noubissie and whalley should join that list but they will all probably stay apart from whalley.

I wonder who the Franchise striker we have been linked with is? obviously not Mcleod as he's worth around £1million, hope it's not clive platt, but it's got to be either Platt/Wilbraham/Knight or Scott Taylor, wouldn't want any of them really Taylor aint too bad but Knight seems to cause trouble wherever he goes and Wilbraham is just total shite!

How do we know these players have been released?

Nothing on the official site?

am i the only person who rates blair sturrock? i think some of his runs on saturday beyond the defensive line were ace. i think there's more to come from him if we get a good midfield

I must admit some of his runs are superb and into the right areas, but he doesn't score enough.

If we could get a player that makes those runs but also scores goals (e.g. Leon Best) than that would be ace.

No real suprises in that list ... although Im sad to see Curtis Weston go .. but he and Sturrock didnt really see eye to eye - I expect him to join Leeds

Im still seriously worried about Jerel being snapped up tho ...

But the good news ---- Pook Stays!

Scott Taylor has got to be the Franchise striker. Awesome when at Blackpool but lost his way at Plymouth. This is possibly where the Sturrock connection comes in?

No. Me and my dad thought he played well on Saturday and his runs in to the channels was good. I saw Curtis Weston in town yesterday while i was taking money out, he looked really down.
