Is Trump just trolling? Does he have the intellect for it?
Canada as the 51st state is another one.
Unilaterally renaming a major expanse of water seems like the more achievable aim.
Edit: Beaten to it by the ever on the ball Berniman.

Rayner: She's ultimately toast isn't she.
If she's telling the whole truth I have a bit of sympathy that if her legal team told her x and was really y then is it her fault?
She'd be an absolute idiot to purposely try and avoid tax. Professional suicide.
But after the wanly Tory scandal, Labour had to bet better. It was a low bar FFS.

I think the problem will be when her initial advisors say that she didn’t give them all the infofmation which is why their advice was incorrect.
Dirty old business, politics.

She’s blaming everyone but herself, now turning on the fake crocodile tears. Only a few days ago she was claiming she was in the right, she’s just upset she’s been found out. Wasn’t there also some controversy over a council house she sold as well? Hopefully is the end of her as she should be nowhere near the front bench of a government.

Don’t forget Mandelson didn’t reveal to his mortgage company that a labour donor ‘lent’ him £300k to purchase a large gaff when he was in government. Back to Rayner. IF, she has acted in good faith and IF she gave the ‘advisors’ everything they needed to make their recommendations, then they are at ‘fault’ and that being the case she should sue them for any losses. If she doesn’t sue them then that shouts out loudly that she is guilty of tax evasion.

Do you honestly think the Deputy Prime Minister would use some 2-bit solicitors for this?
She’s toast.

No, I don’t. And yes she should be toast. But gone are the days when our elected MP’s did the decent thing.

I think Corbyn is a decent, honest politician.
Pity his politics are from the loony bin.

He and Saltana, forever now known as the fruit and nut party could do some damage to Two Tier if they get their act together. I doubt it but they do have the best part of four years.

As expected, she’s resigned before getting sacked.
Good riddance.

Deputy Labour Leaders election could be entertaining, it's not Starmer's choice but a membership vote.

She has breached the ministerial code, it was untenable.
What an absolute clusterfuck Labour have made of this last year.
