I've live in three places off of Manchester Rd in the past - Rosebery St, Aylesbury St and Gladstone St, the latter being right next to the Tap. Never had any problems, and in Aylesbury St the Prossies acted as extra security in our doorway!
Seems to have been a shift once the shops began changing a couple of years ago, although the Bread Basket remains just about and continues to sell a cracking Breakfast Special.

The victims friends were protesting outside of the court this morning, the two who were arrested were there to be charged.

Justice for their friend i believe as it was hard to tell as their spelling was worse than my 7 year olds. There was also a case for some members of the edl there at the same time, that probably explained the amount of police there and before anybody asks i didn't hear it from a friend i was in the court building this morning on totally unrelated matters.

The names sound Portugese or Goan. The deceased and the people charged with the murder.

And away fans. Bit of a shame it's near the CG to be honest.
Isn't that 2 murders in Manny Road in the space of 6 months or so? I seem to remember one not long back.
Who gives a flying fuck what a load of pikey football fans see/think?!
