Expains why he missed the penalty...glad for him he is not going to Prem as that would have finished him off...made me happy for a season, cant say that about to many players recently...

Little in your post makes sense. You've explained the penalty thing, but why are you glad he's not going to the prem and how would that have finished him off?

For the record I no longer give a toss what happens to his career after he moves, I will keep an eye out for him, but out of curiosity, not out of affection. The longer this has rumbled on the more contempt I've acquired for him. I'm embarrassed to say I'm starting to hate him almost as much as I hated Mooney. (Deep down I think I'm blaming him for our problems!)

I think what Bathtime means is that Charlie shouldn't have taken the penalty as his mind was elsewhere. I agree. He has been off the ball for a while now, and would've loved Dougie to take the penalty instead on tues.

Cheesy Makes sense now! And in that case I agree. Dougie should've taken it so as to open the flood gates.

Are there floodgates at the far end of Shrivvie Road?

Logic...what`s that got to do with anything...distraction`s the name of the game..Charlie has not really been !00% for a number of games and you need a clear head to take a penalty

This, among others, is why Charlie missed the pen: 0:59

Had it coming.

Exactly the same for me too. Don't think I've ever been made to feel this angry by a transfer. Except Mooney.

Hope he has more chance at Ipswich than Parkin did.  Glad he's off as that'll be the end of this whole debacle
