SunGod sending me a couple of pairs of their Classic³ custom shades because I'm obviously a nobody. Which is a nice bit of karma Couldn't be happier. No doubt it'll piss it down when they arrive. Pretty damn ethical company too which also makes me smile. There's been a few people I was supposed to work with over the weekend, not paid but booked and mostly promotional stuffs but these people let me down and failed to communicate either way. Which also meant I lost not only money (meh whatever) but also the chance to explore other ideas/opportunities. I'd put that time aside to not only benefit myself but also them. With the recent news of the other couple of opportunities that came through, this was also a very welcome addition. So now I can say fuck you to those who think they are already "making it", forgetting that someone gave them an opportunity once and know that the opportunities will keep coming. It's not easy and a lot of people are quick to rubbish it but I'm not a man to forget my background either. Gently bently, I know I will get (wherever) there (is). Whether that is with help or by myself #PolariseMeUpBitch |
