You sure that's not July? Or where the bloody hell do you live Smiley

Oh yeah  Embarrassed, although it will also definitely rain that week as we are on holiday in Northumberland!

This is typically English. (not directed at you horlock) but when it rains, we moan, and then when we finally get decent weather...we moan too.

Personally, i cannot stand the heat. I'd rather live in Antarctica.

Oh I know I am a contrary bastard! I seem to be getting worse with standing the heat as I get older, although the main problem with heat in the UK is the humidity, fine with 100+ in south of France when it is a dry hot!

I know what you mean. Its different when its 28 degrees and we all have to go to work rather than going to the beach or lazing by a pool.

I’m a lover of the sun and hot weather. Hate the cold and wet.

This current weather makes me properly happy. Like unbridled childish joy happy. I simply can’t get enough of it.

A few weeks back I was driving through west Swindon and put my wipers on for under 60 seconds and that’s all the non-sun I’ve seen in what seems like a good month.

The recent weather (27+) is too much for me. Anything above 30 is hell on earth.

Low twenties is just right....

The problem I find when the weather is so nice, I tend to drink more beer.

I don't see how that's a problem.

I don't mind this weather, although the weekend was far too fucking hot.
We need some rain though, my lawn looks like the Grand Canyon

I don't mind it at all. After the so called "Beast from the East" which of course affected some of us for a day...maybe a week at best, it's been refreshing to have at least something that resembles a Summer. We, like Horlock, have had our first "rain" since late May this year. However it was a 5 minutes shower and the cloud has now burnt away. Went down to about 20·C (70·F) when the moisture came. Was rather chilly. We're now already back up to 26·C.

I agree with some though, the humidity is what gets most of us. Move, sweat. Don' move, sweat. Lovely.

Us Brits love a good breeze.

The rain has hit Chippenham.

Precisely 15 minutes before my DPD sunglasses delivery is due. Naturally.
