Next time you are in five guys, try a peanut butter, oreo, bacon and whipped cream milkshake.

Thank me later.

Just noticed a bottle of "Knob Creek" bourbon in the pub.

It's the little things.

Thanks for the birthday wishes! No, I'm still not 30 yet. And I've never tried Welsh wine - I was drinking Chilean - that's something I'll have to try!

We have a new 5 guys in Canary Wharf basically 2 minutes walk from our office. Is it any good? I've been to GBK before and I think its completely overpriced, is 5 guys a similar kind of thing?

I don't think there's ant clean way of saying this but......

I've had 5 guys ones and though it was overrated. Its just a big sloppy mess and difficult to get in your mouth without it dribbling down your chin....

OK...i think i played on that a bit too much.

The milkshakes are brilliant, but in London there are better burgers. Honest for example, or Bleecker which blows everyone out the water. For non-londers Five Guys is the best.

I do love a milkshake, I have a bit of a weakness for a McDonalds banana flavour one (which they don't seem to do in most of their stores)

Our local does a burger night on a Monday, Burger and chips and a pint/glass of wine for £10. They do a decent burger, although it tends to be a bit on the wet side and falls apart. I guess this is due to tomatoes?

I've never heard of those chains, but will look out for them when I have a burger craving next! Cheers.

There's some great burger places in Reading... Five guys are good but for not much more you can go to Honest or 7bone which are better. Great shakes though as already said.
