Sad really, but the news that we're playing a PSF at Weston-super-Mare has made my, so far, rather shit week.
Just a slight shame its a midweek evening rather than a weekend, else I could introduce my 3 and a half year old to the delights of watching Town.

Watching tonight's game with a very impressive 6000 Germans. Oh the disappointment on their faces was beautiful.
I don't dislike German people, just the German football team. They, for some reason ( historic penalty games maybe) are the equivalent to Oxford for me . Except they are much better than Oxford, sadly.

according to sky sports news yakubu has left ewood park to go to china after 9 years at the club, in which time he scored 137 goals for them. shoddy...

I'm guessing there's some subtle ironic fishing going on here.

15 goals a season average over that long a period in the Premier League - I wouldn't call that shoddy; most PL teams would love to have a player that could give that consistency of scoring.

Walked past a van on the way to the office this morning. And, after doing a double take at the company address on the side, I had to check when I got in that there is indeed a Cockridden Industrial Estate in Brentwood, Essex.

I think there's a slim possibility you might have missed the point.

Not really a trivial thing but it's made me really happy seeing the scan of mine and my wife's first child, for the first time yesterday, I'm absolutly over the moon and haven't been able to stop smiling.
