I've done 10km walk/jog/run every day for the last 2 weeks.

4kg lost so far, long way to go.

Similar to you, I've been doing at least 10k steps every day through a mixture of walks and runs.  The nice weather has definitely helped.  Starting to see abs again.

Been averaging about 80 miles a week on the bike on Zwift, plus about 6-10 miles with the dog each week.

Not lost any weight, I think I am drinking too much!

so easy to justify when you've done exercise.

it's not until you log calories that the truth comes 😭

Fair play, Rich. That's great going!

I've ran about 50 miles this month and reckon i've put weight on.
Possibly to do with the fact i've been drinking pretty much every night and eating too much chocolate, who knows? Smiley

Me too. There's a saying "You can't outrun a bad diet". No you can't. But you can mitigate it a bit! I look at it this way, imagine how fucking fat I'd be if I wasn't running?
