This is a long shot, but does he live in Oxford?

There is a guy I sometimes get on the train with at Swindon station who is a Town fan who appears to have learning difficulties. He is really friendly and speaks to everyone, unfortunately some people tend to shy away from him thinking he's a nuisance which is a shame.

Last time he sat next to an attractive girl and I heard him say 'you look lovely today' to her Smiley
