Drinking a take-away coffee with one of those "lids with a small slit in it". Picked it up while reading an article, distractedly took a sip, realised too late the little hole thingy was misaligned, now wearing most of the coffee. Staggering incompetence in the face of a simple beverage

This has annoyed me a few times recently - when an ambulance with blues on comes up behind you so you awkwardly pull over wherever you can, then all the cars behind the ambulance decide to not let the people that have pulled over, pull back out! Grrrrrrrr

They're known as fuckwits, if you have an older car you can pretend to drive into the side of them.
