That I can't seem to sleep for more than 4 hours. No matter what at the minute.
Get off nights. I went like you when i did them. Never again as my quality of sleep is so much better now i'm off them.

Bored 10 year olds/school policy on sickness.
I am home today as my youngest was sick at school yesterday, and their policy is to not let them back next day. He doesn't seem to have a bug, is pestering me to buy him stuff, and it has cost me a few hundred quid through not working today.

I have no choice in the matter.
My sleep pattern has never really been much of a problem since I've been on nights - just this last week or so now. No matter what I've done, how long I've been up, how tired I am. 4 hours max.

It does change sleep patterns though doesn't it. I dont work nights as such, but Im generally working until 1 to 2am. As a result when Im not working Im crap and half asleep during the afternoon which is where at work I normally have a bit of a lull and then completely awake until at least midnight. Takes a good 2 weeks to get back to normal. Whatever normal is these days.

They can chew through brick and concrete, and they have a biting power of 24000 lbs per square inch. They are good climbers too.

Don't let it annoy you, embrace it. Silly season has only just started so there's lots more of this to come yet.

Could it be the weather knocking the holder out the tree? Have you got a decking area or garden shed? I'd have a look around for the tell tale signs of rattus rattus!
