Sky broadband.
We've been having problems for a few months now with the speed being slow, intetnet dropping out and then the router packing up. Now the router which we had a month ago appears to have packed up. After wasting another half hour of my life on the phone to them, a new router is being sent, but could take up to 5 days.
I'm pretty sick of it now and am considering moving our whole tv, phone and broadband package to Virgin.
Anyone got Virgin and what's it like?

I had the same problems, then about 3 months ago we moved from Sky to Virgin. The broadband is much more reliable and about twice as fast. Their tv, phone, and broadband package is cheaper too. TiVo box is just as good as Sky+, I'm not massive on tv and it does what I want it to.
