I did a festival a couple of times a few years back.  I was unsurprised to hear that Swansea was the capital of steroid use in the the UK.  It wasn't pretty.  Many large angry men listening to shit house music all very angry because they hadn't seen there penises for years.

Perhaps why the ladies are accommodating to outsiders.  Smiley

Quite a few of them looked like they'd had a few roids and a week on a sunbed as well.  I think they had bigger penises than the blokes.

I was chatting with a mate earlier, who originated from Swansea, who went on a bit of a lad's do at the weekend down there.

I was invited, but am too old for that sort of thing...although his desciption of the amount of 20 something lasses,  out for a good night, in a variety of states of undress, did make me think it might have been worth making the effort.  Might have even met Ells  Wink

You're not too old for a slap, Reginald  Cheesy

Roids are (if you excuse the pun) a HUGE thing around here. Drugs in general are really, but steroids seem socially acceptable. If you do ever fancy "pint and a fight night" you're bound to come across them, arms like popeye but clearly developing significant boobage. Usually fake tanned too. I live next to a pub so I get to see a lot of these stunners walk by / thump each other regularly  Smiley

I've got a friend who lives in Ponty, and the Valley commandos that used to visit regularly were all juiced up and looked like inflated sumo wrestlers. This was quite a few years ago so I'm not surprised

It's across South Wales generally I think, I used to work in a drug & alcohol centre and speed was another biggy around the valleys. Pumped full of rage and enough adrenaline to keep you awake for a week, what could go wrong  Smiley
Not surprising but stuff like phet and mkat were bigger in the surrounding areas, nearer the cities coke and H.

Now I work in a prison where spice is the big problem!

I'm guessing that phet might be an abbreviation of amphetamines, but mkat? Spice? I had to google those.

Drugs that I've never heard of. You just made me feel old.

There's a reference that's probably 20 years old.

Green tea is fucking rank.

Somebody once tried to sell me some green tea toothpaste, that shit was fucked up. I hope that that person has since been incarcerated for her own protection and, more importantly, for the future safety and positive development of mankind in general.
