He is their player, but had got a ban in the cup with his previous club.
Still, as one of the biggest clubs in the world you would think they would have known that

Yes the class of 92 was a good programme, but that's leave it there.

After constant moans on here about Bristol City fans being obsessed with us last season, the amount of threads that appear to be constantly mentioning them is a bit cringey.

Apart from match day threads there have been next to no football-related threads on here for ages.

OK if you want a discussion on crisps or slippers but the mind tends to wander

A fair point Audrey, I just find it a bit embarrassing personally, it's not as if we're doing amazingly well. It could be argued that we'd rather be struggling in the championship than league 1.

I remember debating with some of their fans that they wouldn't find this season as easy as last, as most of the teams in the Championship have equal (if not greater) access to funds than they have, and that as a result they would find it more difficult to buy their way out of that division.

They weren't having any of it, last season wasn't down to them outspending the rest of the division, it was because Cotteril was some kind of genius. So yeah, I do take some pleasure in being proved right & the fact that we are shit doesn't alter the fact that they aren;t half as good as they thought they were.
