Danny Ward turns down a loan move to Blackpool because they can't afford his wages, which is why Huddersfield want rid of him in the first place.

Paynter was shit throughout the playoffs.. and the last few games of the season really, but you can't leave your top scorer out! Should probably have played Austin & Ward up top but Millwall were a solid outfit and probably would have beaten us anyway!

Agreed by me

Quite probably, although I saw a post on another forum from a Millwall fan who basically said that he felt that had Austin of scored (which he probably would have without the bobble) that the Millwall team would have been so deflated (after losing the play-off final the previous season) that we would have gone on to win that game.

I'm not sure that was true, but just goes to show that most fans thing doom is just around the corner Smiley

The only footage I can find of it is at 8:20 on this. I was a lot closer and in line with the incident, and it looked pretty clear-cut. But meh.

thanks.

One of their better players today, supposedly. Does make you wonder what level the likes of Luongo and Kasim could play at given the right set-up. Mason was good before his injuries but not noticeably better than either of them.
